Shopify integration takes 1 OAuth click. Here's the full setup.
Step 1 — Connect Shopify
Inside Sendvise: Integrations → Shopify → Connect. Authorise via OAuth. Sendvise reads cart, customer, and order events from your store.
Step 2 — Enable the cart-abandonment flow
Automation → Templates → 'Abandoned Cart Recovery'. Click 'Use Template'. The flow has 2 default touches: 30-minute soft nudge, 24-hour discount push.
Step 3 — Customise the messages
Edit the templates. Add your brand voice. Submit them to Meta for approval (2–4 hours).
Step 4 — Pick the discount logic
On the 24-hour template, set the discount code (Sendvise can auto-generate one-time codes per customer to prevent abuse).
Step 5 — Activate
Toggle the flow ON. From the next abandoned cart onwards, messages fire automatically. Most stores see 35–47% recovery rate within the first week.
