Applying for the WhatsApp Business API through Sendvise takes about 10 minutes if you have your details handy. Here's the full checklist.
What you'll need
Registered business name (matching GSTIN / incorporation cert)
GSTIN number
Active website URL on the same brand name
The phone number you want on WhatsApp (must not be currently active on the WhatsApp Business app)
Logo (PNG / JPG, square, 256×256 minimum)
Business description (250 characters)
Step 1 — Sign up for Sendvise
Visit sendvise.in/contact and book a free demo or start with the Starter plan directly. You'll get login credentials within 5 minutes.
Step 2 — Submit business details
Inside Sendvise, go to Settings → WhatsApp Business API → Apply. Fill in the form (everything from the checklist above). Save and submit.
Step 3 — Verify your Meta Business Manager
If you don't already have one, we'll guide you through creating a Meta Business Manager and verifying it (one-time KYC). Already verified businesses skip this step.
Step 4 — Connect your number
Once Meta approves the application (typically 10 minutes for technical access), you'll get an OTP on the phone number you submitted. Enter it in Sendvise. Number is now live on the API.
Step 5 — Set your display name
Submit your verified display name (this is what customers see in chats). Approval takes 3–4 hours typically.
Once display name is approved, you're done — start broadcasting, building bots, and applying for the Blue Tick (which Sendvise files free of charge in parallel).
