You're live on the API. Now let's send your first broadcast. The whole flow takes 10 minutes.
Step 1 — Upload your contacts
Inside Sendvise, go to Audience → Import. Drop a CSV with at least two columns: phone number (with country code, e.g. 91XXXXXXXXXX) and name. Sendvise auto-deduplicates and validates.
Pro tip: Add a `tag` column too — use values like 'newsletter', 'shopify-customer', or 'cold-lead' to segment later.
Step 2 — Pick or create a template
Go to Templates → New Template. Pick a category (Marketing, Utility, or Authentication). Write your message with merge tags like {{name}} or {{order_id}}. Submit for Meta approval — most templates approve in 2–4 hours.
Don't have time to design one? Sendvise ships 80+ templates by industry — clone and customise.
Step 3 — Build the campaign
Go to Broadcasts → New Campaign. Select audience (filter by tag if needed), pick the approved template, set a send time (now or scheduled), and review the conversation-cost estimate. Hit Launch.
Step 4 — Monitor delivery
Real-time dashboard shows delivered, read, click, and reply rates. Sendvise also auto-flags any contacts that bounced (invalid number, blocked, etc.) so your audience stays clean.
That's it. Most customers send their first broadcast within an hour of going live.
